PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Hugong InverDelta400 is the most powerful model in Hugong’s electrode welder lineup. This professional-grade machine is built for heavy-duty work, extended use, and maximum performance.

Equipped with advanced IGBT inverter technology, the InverDelta400 ensures a stable arc and excellent energy efficiency. Adjustable functions such as hot-start, anti-stick, and ARC force provide full control over the arc and make welding more comfortable, even with challenging electrodes or welding positions. The machine supports electrodes from 1.6 to 5.0 mm, including rutile (E6013), basic (E7018), and cellulosic (E6010) types.

A digital display gives real-time insight into current and voltage. The built-in fan and safety features for overload and overvoltage protection ensure safe and stable performance, even during demanding jobs.

  • Adjustable Arc Force & Hot Start

Ensures smooth arc ignition and prevents electrode sticking, both at start-up and during welding.

  • Stepless adjustment

The welding current can be adjusted smoothly and precisely via a rotary knob. This ensures accurate matching to material, electrode, and desired weld depth.

  • High load capacity and welding power

With a peak output of 400 amps and a high duty cycle, this machine is built for demanding and continuous welding without performance loss.

  • ABS shock-resistant housing

The ABS housing provides protection against impacts, dust, and light moisture.
