Hand shear from Cowley is a durable universal cutter for sheet, round steel and flat bar. 
The lever shears are capable of cutting round steel up to 11 mm in diameter, sheet steel up to 4 mm thick and flat steel up to 70x5 mm in size. The scissors are equipped with a strong, height-adjustable down holder which prevents twisting of the steel during cutting. Due to high quality cutting blades and the favourable cutting geometry of the arched top blade the shear has a smooth and easy cutting stroke.
