PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Hugong EStick200 is a powerful electrode welding machine with a welding capacity of 200 amps. Thanks to its high duty cycle, durable carrying case, and lift-TIG functionality, this model is ideal for professional use both in workshops and on-site.

Equipped with advanced IGBT inverter technology, the machine delivers a stable arc and energy-efficient welding performance. Features such as hot-start, anti-stick, and adjustable ARC force ensure easy arc ignition, prevent the electrode from sticking, and allow precise control over weld penetration. An integrated cooling fan and thermal protection safeguard the machine during extended use.

The EStick200 is suitable for welding carbon steel, low-alloy steel, and stainless steel, and supports both rutile (E6013) and basic (E7018) electrodes in the 1.6 to 4.0 mm range. Additionally, the machine can be used for lift-TIG welding with a compatible torch (sold separately).

  • Adjustable Arc Force

Prevents electrode sticking by automatically increasing current at short arc lengths.

  • Lift-TIG function

Also suitable for TIG welding via the Lift-TIG function. Ideal for precise work on thinner materials (TIG torch sold separately).

  • Stepless adjustment

The welding current can be adjusted smoothly and precisely via a rotary knob. This ensures accurate matching to material, electrode, and desired weld depth.

  • Incl. sturdy carrying case

The included plastic carrying case offers excellent protection and makes it easy to transport the device to any workplace.

  • 5-year warranty upon registration

Long-term security thanks to extended factory warranty after online registration.
