Hand shear from Cowley is a durable universal cutter for sheet, round steel and flat bar. Standard lever shears for installers, locksmitheries and training workshops. 
The lever shears are capable of cutting round billets up to 11 mm in diameter, sheet steel up to 5 mm thick and strips up to 70x5 mm in size. The scissors are equipped with a strong, height-adjustable clamp and high-quality cutting blades. 
Due to the favourable cutting geometry of the arched top blade allows smooth and easy power-saving cutting without much effort along the entire length of the working stroke.
